There will only ever be 21,000,000.

Bitcoin is digital property, and the map was drawn once. Every time you buy, you fence off a piece of it that nobody can print more of. Record your buys below and see exactly how much of the map is yours.

Find your land

Every tile is one Bitcoin, and every tile divides into 10 Γ— 10 = 100 parcels of 0.01 BTC. Unlocked land burns orange; locked land stays grey. There are 21,000,000 tiles in total and you are looking at a handful of them β€” claim more and the territory spreads outward from home.

The ten largest addresses on earth

The top 100 addresses hold 3,087,162 BTC β€” 14.7% of everything that will ever exist. Switch the board to All 21M to see them as territory. Most are exchange or ETF custody wallets holding coins for millions of people, not one person's stack β€” the map labels which is which.

    How the numbers work

    Where is my data stored?
In this browser only, under localStorage. There is no account, no server and no database, and your holdings are never transmitted. The page does make two kinds of request, and neither carries them: a price lookup, and reads of the public Arc registry to see which tiles are claimed. Claiming a tile puts a tile number, your label and your wallet address on chain β€” never how much Bitcoin you own. It is not synced: use Backup to move your ledger to another device.
"Your share of the world's Bitcoin"
21,000,000 BTC divided by ~8.2 billion people is 0.00256 BTC each. The multiple is how many of those shares you hold.
"People who could ever match you"
21,000,000 divided by your stack. If everyone tried to own what you own, this is where Bitcoin runs out β€” and everyone after that is too late, at any price.
    How is the globe divided?
Its surface is a 5,000 Γ— 4,200 grid β€” exactly 21,000,000 squares, one Bitcoin each. Every one of those splits into 10 Γ— 10 = 100 parcels of 0.01 BTC, giving 2,100,000,000 parcels in total. Zoom in far enough and the squares you see are individual hundredths of a coin. Like any world map it is an equirectangular projection, so squares near the poles are drawn narrower than squares on the equator; your land sits on the equator, where there is no distortion at all.
    How is mined supply calculated?
From Bitcoin's own issuance schedule β€” 210,000 blocks per halving, starting at 50 BTC β€” extrapolated from a verified block height at 10 minutes per block. Nothing is fetched, so nothing can break.
    Is this financial advice?
No. It is a scale toy. It does not know or care what Bitcoin costs.
